| My art education is self taught and inspired by the Old Masters. Even as a small child, I have always drawn and enjoyed painting world, but had no clue where to start. I was in need of some direction, so my parents sent me to art classes that were taught by a professor in Southern Illinois. I learned so much from her. I knew that I wanted to teach the basics of oil painting to others. I teach students of all ages from drawing perspective to a seven series of oil painting (spring, winter, fall, seascape, floral, animal, and person). I don't feel anyone should limit themselves to one subject. I personally love them all. My art studio is currently in a room out of home, but things are growing so quickly that I am looking for a new building. |

| These are several pictures of my students and some pics of their fine works. My students are of all ages from 6-80 years of age. I believe art can be taught as easily as learning to write your name. You just have to want to learn. My classes are base on self pace and a series of seven subjects. They are fun and exciting to get feedback from all those around you. We have a pretty relaxed class room atmosphere.
